Damaged Products
At IISIIDI CIGARS, we take great care in packaging our cigars to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If your cigars arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by sending an email to [info@iisiidicigars.com](mailto:info@iisiidicigars.com). Include photos of the damaged items in your email so we can process your claim. Refunds for damaged products will be issued within 5 to 14 business days after we review your claim.
Returns
If you wish to return your order for any reason other than damage, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This is because we cover the shipping costs when initially sending the cigars to you. Age Restriction and Health Warnings
IISIIDI CIGARS does not advertise to or sell cigars to individuals under the age of 21. By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We take the health risks associated with tobacco products seriously and encourage you to heed the warnings provided.
Shipping Information
Our cigars are shipped from Naples, Florida. Please allow up to 7 business days for your cigars to be delivered after your purchase. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues that arise with USPS after the package has been shipped.
Proof for Refunds
